Registration of Deaths
A death can be registered at the Consulate under Section 7 of the Consular Functions Act if: (1) the deceased is a Sri Lankan citizen, and (2) the death occurred in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Required Documents
- Original Saudi death certificate with certified translation
- Deceased’s passport
- Copy of passport of the person reporting the death
