Police Clearance

Sri Lankans residing in Saudi Arabia can obtain the Police Clearance certificates from their Absher accounts. 

Sri Lankans who have left Saudi Arabia and in need of a Police Clearance certificate for their period of stay in the Kingdom(in the Western region) may apply through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism (Consular Affairs Division - 16th Floor, Suhurupaya, Battaramulla,) or through the nearest Sri Lankan Mission abroad. 

Documents to be submitted: 

• Request letter of the applicant, indicating the address and period of stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (attested by Sri Lankan Mission, if applied through a Mission abroad) with the current passport copy, ().
• Original and the copy of the finger Print report (attested by the Sri Lankan Mission, if applied through a Mission abroad)
• Four passport size photographs
• Copies of passport and visa pages, covering the relevant period.
• Copies of Residence visa (Iqama) or Visit visa (Compulsory)  
• Any other relevant document issued by Saudi Authorities.
