Required Documents for SLBFE Registration & Renewal 

• Passport (should be valid for 06 months from the date of registration) 

• Iqama Card 

Required Documents for Individual Employment Contract Attestation (Non Domestic) 

• Employment Contract (Should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA) 

• Employee Passport Copy 

• Employee Visa Copy 

• Copy of sponsor civil identity card 

• Copy of company registration (CR)  

• Company National Address 

• Company Owner/HR department contact details (Mobile or Land line number)    

Attestation Fee SAR 225 

Required Documents for the Job Order Attestation for Companies and Recruitment Agencies. 

The following documents should be submitted in order to obtain a job order (the in complete documents will not be accepted). 

• Recruitment Agency/ Company Registration or Renewal Application form (available at the consulate). 

• Demand letter (should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA). 

• Power of Attorney (should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA). 

• Agreement between two parties (should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA). 

• Copy of company registration certificate with English Translation (CR). 

• Copy of Company/Recruitment Agency Owner Civil Identity Card. 

• A Specimen contract agreement between the Employee and the Employer. 

• Company National Address. 

Recruitment Agency / Company Registration or Renewal fee SAR 160 (Registration/Renewal valid only one year)   

Job Order Attestation Fee SAR 675.
